Black spruce essential oil is a Wild Grove Essentials favorite. The trees are native to Canada and smell sweeter than most evergreen trees. Black spruce has a mild and slightly sweet scent that is calming and perfect for relaxation.
Botanical name: picea mariana

Ingredients:
Pure, undiluted black spruce essential oil
Directions:
Dilute 2-5% in a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil for topical applications (start with just a few drops per tablespoon).
Diffuse 3-5 drops in 100mL of water.
Store in a cool, dark place.
